Users may also close their own account at any time. In addition, Winbit may suspend or close an account under certain circumstances.

• To close your account voluntarily, submit a request via live chat or email. If you have a remaining balance, please make a withdrawal first.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, your account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.
